1) Select A shared hosting package.
2) Register or transfer or point your domain to IDS Hosting.
3) On proof of payment, you will get all the info you need to upload and manage your site.
4) Your new Website Builder is found in your cPanel control panel under the BK icon..
5) You build/edit & upload your site at no extra cost other than the reasonable hosting fee.

So how many sites can I set up and is there a cost?

With every website hosting package you are entitled to as many free SiteBuilders as you need. Everytime you create a new sub-domains or an addon domain, you have access to a  BK SiteBuilder for each new folder created.

Editing and changes/uploads can be made as many times as you wish to your website until you are happy with your site, and update your site over time as changes need to be made.
To update/edit your website, login to your cPanel, select the BK icon, select the website you wish to edit, make your changes and click publish and the changes are live.
