This is simple when you know how, but can drive you crazy when trying to find out how to do it.

Here goes:

1) Go to your Joomla Admin page
2) Click on Menus item at the top of the page
3) Select Main menu
4) Select: Parameters (system)
5) Edit: Pager Title 

and bobs your unlce ...

remember to save ....
