We offer support in various ways during normal business hours. We offer online chat support during office hours, ticket/email support that will be answered for up to 12 hours on weekdays and 4 to 6 hours on weekends. We offer phone support on 086 100 2267 for sales mainly and some technical help. Although we encourage that non developeres set up web sites via second generation software like joomla, Wordpress, free templates etc, we offer limited support on these.

We offer a full tutorial section with video support on most control panel and important issues, and will continue to increase this knowledge base.
